Scheduling An Appointment

To schedule an appointment call 740-527-0396 or email us at Sandra@compasscounselinggroup.com. Please provide us with your full name, phone number and the best time to reach you. We will reply to your inquiry within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your message. During our initial phone conversation, we will ask you some brief questions about your concerns to determine if we are the most appropriate choice for your care.

Compass Counseling Group provides quality treatment at an affordable cost to ensure that self-pay clients can access the care that they need. We are also happy to work with clients who wish to utilize their Out of Network insurance benefits and will provide a receipt for services at the time of your visit which you can present to your insurance company for reimbursement. Most insurance plans will reimburse clients for a portion of our service fees. This rate is typically 60 - 100% of session fees depending on the insurance plan and deductible criteria. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider prior to your first visit to discuss the reimbursement process for out of network costs. 

Fees & Payment

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, check or credit cards.

Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment date in order to avoid a $75.00 late  cancellation fee billed to the credit card on file with our agency.

Rates vary based on the type of session scheduled. 

Individual Therapy

• Initial Diagnostic Assessment - $150.00
• Ongoing Sessions - $100.00 (50 minute session)
• Prolonged Exposure - $150.00 (90 minute session)

Couple's Therapy

• Initial Diagnostic Assessment - $180.00
• Ongoing Sessions - $150.00 (90 minute session)                              

Location

Compass Counseling Group is located inside the new Harbor Community Center in the heart of the village of Buckeye Lake. There is ample parking in our lot behind the center.

Practice Limitations

Compass Counseling Group does not offer emergency services. For emergent care go directly to your local hospital emergency room or contact the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 800-273-8255.
